Title: The Lord of the Rings TCG (Decipher)
Post by: Tbiesty on February 22, 2012, 12:01:18 PM
Greetings!

I've played The Lord of the Rings Trading Card Game (LOTR TCG) since it was first released back in 2001; it's a game that I still very much enjoy and continue to play on a fairly regular basis with some friends that live near me.  Just last year, I learned about LackeyCCG and created the "lotr" plugin.

If anyone would like to learn how to play LOTR TCG, just let me know!
(We'll just start with "Fellowship" block, then eventually add in "Towers" block, and lastly "King" block cards once you are ready to move on to bigger battles).

Here's information about the formats. (https://files.me.com/tlbiesterfeld/bzz2zz)
Here's a comprehensive rulebook in case you want to see all the detailed game rules. (https://files.me.com/tlbiesterfeld/nlw02c)

I'm usually online 7-10pm CST, but feel free to let me know if there is a specific time that works for you.

lotr is a cool game. It would be cool if hobbit cards are added when those 2 movies come out.

That would be most unexpected as Decipher went out of business, but it'd be glorious at the same time if it did!
