i couldnt find this option in the deck builder window, is there a way to make a second deck to use in the same game? for example, to play legend of the five rings, you need two different decks active at the same time, is it possible to do this already? if not, is it in the works for future? itd open up alot of design space for making a new game and it might help other games be played

The plugin maker defines which "superzones" you have. These are decks you bring into the game.
Five rings does have both decks, they're tabs near the the top of the, riding along the left of the top border of the text window that shows cards you've picked.
