defaultchat.txt for plugin not working?

I tried creating my own defaultchat.txt for my plugin but when i load it it is still the lackey default? any clues as to what im doing wrong?

Included a copy of my defaultchat.txt

The entries should be on different lines. Yours is 1 line of data.
