Update File Help

Hello, I've been working on the update file for the plugin I'm working on. And while the checksum files download, none of the card images are downloading, and I can't figure out what I've done wrong. The general url I included at the bottom currently doesn't work because of some setting on my server which I'm trying to resolve with the host, so, in the meantime, I tried to use the specific urls.

Edit: I'm aware that the spaces in the names could be doing it, however, I can't even get the cardback or spawned image to go.

Let's start with the silly question:  when you test the autoupdate, do you already have copies of those files in your Lackey folder?  I always use a separate installation of Lackey for testing.

You need to include cardback.jpg (and spawned.jpg) along with the other files at the top, and NOT with the card images listed below CardImageURLs. Those are essential files needed to run the plugin, not just some files that can be downloaded as needed later.

Also, some of your file names have spaces in them. That is a bad idea.

Next time you have questions, post the actual file, not just a copy/paste. Copy/paste doesn't preserve weird formatting issues that can be the source of problems.

it appears as those all of your images are at http://mtgtsingles.com/Yagyu/sets/setimages/General/. In that case, it's redundant to list any CardImageURLs.

Just list

Also, I want to remind you that the file hierarchy of the files online need not (and probably should not) have anything to do with their file hierarchy when downloaded.
Instead of

I fixed the spawned and cardback files to their appropriate place. I think the main issue I'm having then, if I shouldn't use all the single links because they're at their general url, is that I can't get that to work correctly.

When I try to link directly to a folder like that on a server, it either says it's not there or forbidden? How does one set it up to work like this: http://lackeyccg.com/war3000/medium/general/

I think that part of this problem could be due to my lack of familiarity with systems like this. For some reason, I finally understood the first part of the updater last night.

And thank you for your help. I apologize if I forgot to include some information. This is my first time doing this, and normally I don't do things like this

http://lackeyccg.com/war3000/medium/general/ should work as CardGeneralURLs. What Lackey does is append the file name to that, so its no different than the other method where you list them all out. It doesn't matter that http://lackeyccg.com/war3000/medium/general/ is forbidden as long as the files in their can be linked to.
Which they can:
btw, I suggest you batch rename the files to omit the spaces, and batch crop the border and resize them in photoshop. 371x508 is too big. At the very least, you should make a lower quality version maybe about 200x285 or so for people with smaller monitors.

I'll have the card creator change the names of the files since he has the originals, and keep you updated. I believe that the spaces may very well be the cause of the problem. For the heck of it, I tried to do a card image the check sum way, and it looks like it tries to download whatever the last part of the card name is, after the spaces.

I also took your suggestions on structure, thanks for that. It's actually a lot easier that way
