Cthulu missing cards and other plugins missing

The Cthulu card game doesn't appear to provide an AllSets.txt file, so no cards show up in the deck builder.

b5 (Babylon 5) is missing entirely. It points to a non-existent updatelist.txt URL.

I do B5.  I think there is still a typo on the autoupdate URLs - try un/capitlising the B.
