I think someone should some how put the Banned/Restricted List into the Magic plugin.

Banned/Restricted lists are not enforceable in LackeyCCG. The formats section allows optioning of only sets, not specific cards, and there is certainly no restriction to how many of any given card one may use in a deck.

You'll simply have to make sure your deck matches the desired format.
