Call of Cthulhu plugin is broken?

Just tried to install it, but the log reveals some failure for the files cardinfo.txt, Agency_and_syndicate.txt and spawned.jpg. Neat result: card library is empty!

But, I wonder, since this plugin is working and the other not, why is the other in the official plugin list and not this one? :-D
