Card Disappearance: Yugioh plugin

Is it just me, or has the card "Steamroid" from the CRV set disappeared? If it has, can anyone make it re-appear? A thousand thanks to anyone and everyone who posts here, and a thousand more if you can actually solve the problem thank you ahead of time
