MTG manual plugin download

I have searched the forums for a solution prior to posting. I am deployed, and cannot connect my computer to an internet connection. I can not run any programs from our public computers. I am looking for a MTG zipped plugin for lackey so I can put in on my computer, updated, as well as my Soldiers so we can lan in and play together. There seems to be nothing from google on this except broken links.

If someone could zip the current one up, and email me, or possibly post a link, I would be appreciative. Thank you in advance.
