Normally Bort updates the plugin with the new set after it appears on Gatherer.  And then he updates the card images to hi-res ones once they are available on magiccards.info

  I'm looking forward to serving our new Sliver lords.

P.S. I noticed that Vial of Poison and Trading Post are defined as Lands, when they are actually Artifacts (in the Color column)
