CrazyChucky is the current maintainer of the magic plugin. However he hasn't been online on the forums since July 8th, so not really sure what's going on there. Hope he's ok.

Hey all... I am okay, I've just been dealing with far more going on in my life than I expected. Lots of moving and logistics and confusion. If someone else wants to take on the project, I'd understand ? let me know. I can continue to host. Barring that, I do not intend to let the plugin languish forever, but I'm also not sure how firm an ETA I can give. I apologize for the wait, I know it's been ridiculous.

I tried to do just a barebones update of M19, and that did work, but the closing of Magiccards.info is causing quite a transitionary hiccup. Here's where I've announced the update, and detailed the fires I'm currently putting out:
