Spycraft CCG plugin

I've been looking around for a/the Spycraft CCG plugin.  Is it available for download somewhere?  If so, where?

I personally have a copy, but that's not really useful unless someone makes a site for it. Really, what good is it if only a few people have access to a plugin?

If anyone wants to take over control of that plugin, let me know.

just ran across this very cool program. i used to use one a few years back to play cards with friends that have moved away and recently was talking with a buddy who i used to play the spycraft ccg with and we would kind of like to do that again. is there any way to find the plugin for it?
