Plugin Help PLEASE

Alright I'm sure it is simple to do, but how do I get the Game of Thrones LCG to load into lackey? THANK YOU!!  I know there are instructions, here however I'm still struggling, perhaps I'm one of those people that are too stupid to have a computer. (I know, opened myself up for that one, but the truth must come out!)
