Windows LackeyCCG Program Updater fixed.

I just fixed the LackeyCCG.exe updater program, which is a standalone exe named LackeyCCG Updater.exe that you should keep in your lackey folder. It is not included in the windows download if your lackey was downloaded BEFORE 8PM on 11-28-10. If your lackey was downloaded before then, you should download the LackeyCCG Updater.exe from http://lackeyccg.com/windows/LackeyCCGUpdater.zip and put it in your lackey folder.

I intend on fixing bugs and implementing new features fast, so this utility will make updating the program really easy.
